What clients ask before commissioning verification
Is RAYID a research firm?
No. RAYID does not collect programme data, conduct research, or implement interventions. We independently verify the quality of evidence produced by others. That separation is the basis of our value.
Why shouldn't organizations verify their own data?
An institution that collects its own data has an incentive to protect its reputation. This creates an inherent risk that quality concerns are overlooked, corrected quietly, or underreported to protect timelines or standing.
Does verification disrupt ongoing data collection?
No. Our checks are designed to run alongside fieldwork. Spot checks and back checks are scheduled to avoid interference while remaining unannounced enough to be meaningful.
How respondent's data is handled
All data are handled under the standard confidentiality and data protection protocols.
What do clients receive at the end of an assignment?
An independent quality assessment: what met the agreed standard, what did not, the resulting risk exposure, and specific corrective recommendations.
